Making payments with Citi Hub innovation Payments Funding and spending

When you make a payment on Zoumblog, you agree to provide a valid funding instrument. When you have successfully added your funding instrument, we will allow you to initiate a transaction using Zoumblog Payments.


Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees and shipping costs (for tangible goods), all of which you are responsible for paying.

Extra terms

You may be given extra terms identified with a particular payment before you affirm the transaction, (for example, shipping terms for tangible products). Those additional terms will also govern that transaction.


If you upgrade to our premium subscriptions or to a certain feature within an app, we will bill your funding instrument immediately and then again at the beginning of each next subscription, you will have to subscribe again manually.

The following terms apply for subscriptions purchased through Zoumblog Payments

(a) You can change premium membership subscriptions at any time on your Account General Settings page. Have in mind that you will not be refunded for any subscription that you have decided to cancel after the payment has been made.(b) Contact Zoumblog for “cancellation” of any Zoumblog subscription.(d) If you cancel a subscription, you will not have access to the app or feature that you have subscribed to. If an app or feature you subscribed to becomes unavailable during your subscription, let us know as soon as possible and you will not be billed for the next subscription period.

Actual sale

You may only use Zoumblog Payments to process a funding transaction for a legitimate, authentic purchase of a product or service or a donation payment. Except as set forth below, you may not use Zoumblog Payments to fund a transaction or otherwise transfer electronic value, not in conjunction with a purchase or a donation payment (only when donations are asked for) to Zoumblog.


If you make a donation to a non-profitable organization on Zoumblog , or to an individual who uses the features that Zoumblog makes available to raise and collect funds for personal causes, the following terms apply:If you make a donation to a non-profitable organization, you acknowledge that you make this donation as a generous contribution, and you are not receiving any goods or services in return. As the tax laws vary by province, state and by country, please consult a tax professional regarding the destructibility of this donation.We reserve the right to refuse payments intended for non-profitable organizations or individuals that fail to comply with our terms and policies.Fundraising campaigns to benefit non-profitable organizations may be created by Zoumblog users ("Fundraiser Creators"). If a Fundraiser Creator pledges to match donations to a fundraising campaign, you acknowledge that Zoumblog does not guarantee that the Fundraiser Creator will fulfill the pledge.

No warranties

You acknowledge that any other products or services (excluding Zoumblog’ Premium Services) you may purchase are sold by merchants, not by Zoumblog.Note: We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any products or services sold on or through Zoumblog network

Payment methods

Funding instrumentsWe want to make Zoumblog Payments convenient, so we allow you to fund your transactions using a number of different sources, such as credit cards and debit cards, all via PayPal payments, Bkash,roket,dutch bangla bank , btc,coinbase, and other payment methods when available.


When you provide a funding instrument to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that funding instrument. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the funding instrument that you designate for the transaction. You additionally approve us to gather that funding instrument, alongside other related transaction data. We may also use certain payment card updater services, whose availability varies by issuer, to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information about funding instruments that we gather. We do not store your personal payment information such as your card details, except for your email


If you pay by credit or debit card, we may obtain pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount that may be as high as the full price of your payment. Your card will be charged at the time you initiate a payment or shortly thereafter. In the event that you cancel a transaction before completion, this pre-approval may result in those funds not generally being immediately available to you

Failed payments

If you pay by debit card and your load transaction results in an overdraft or other fees from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.


You may at some point encounter an app or feature that does not support the payment method you would prefer to use; however, you can select a different type of payment instrument, (for example, credit or debit card, or mobile operator charging).

Actions we may take

At-will useWe may revoke your eligibility to use Zoumblog Payments at any time at our sole discretion.


By using Zoumblog Payments, you acknowledge and agree that we may make any Zoumblog that we consider necessary, either directly or through third parties, concerning your identity creditworthiness.

Our right to cancel

We may cancel any transaction if we believe that the transaction breaches these Terms or any of our related terms, or if we believe that doing so may prevent financial loss.

Payment limitations

So as to prevent money related loss to you or to us, we may put a delay on a payment for a time frame or point of confinement financing instruments for a transaction, or limit your ability to make a payment, or deactivate your account.

Sharing of information

So as to avoid financial loss to you or to us, we may contact your funding instrument issuer, law enforcement or affected outsiders (counting other users) and offer details of any payments that you are related with, in the event that we trust that doing as such may prevent money related loss or a breach of law.

Disputes and reversals

No liability for underlying transactionIf you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services that you purchased or over the donation you made, we have no liability for the merchandise or services fundamental the transaction or for how the outsider used your donation. Our lone responsibility is to deal with your payment transaction. All payments are final except if generally legally necessary. If you order something that becomes unavailable before it can be provided to you, you may request a refund of your payment.

Duty to notify us

Notices and amendments to these Terms

By using the Zoumblog Payments service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically any important information regarding your payments or your account. We may also provide notices to you by posting them on our website or by sending them to an email address that you have previously provided to us. Website and the email notification will be considered as received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent.

Except as otherwise stated, you must send notices to us relating to Zoumblog Payments and these Terms by email, through our contact form.

Amendment guidelines

We may update these Payments Terms at any time and we will notify by email, website announcement or Zoumblog direct message system, as we deem necessary to the full extent permitted by law. The Payments Terms set up at the time that you affirm a transaction will govern that transaction.

Additional Terms

Conflict of lawsSome countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through Zoumblog Payments via Paypal. Btc. Coinbase. Bkash. Roket. Dutch Bangla Bank.Nothing in these Terms ought to be read to override or go around any such foreign laws.

Trade sanctions

You must not use Zoumblog Payments in connection with activities, individuals or entities that are located in a country or region that is embargoed by the Republic of Uganda or that would otherwise breach applicable RUG or non-RUG trade sanctions.Last updated: April 18th, 2020
